WVU Student Health Services is committed to providing top-quality healthcare for students at West Virginia University. Partnering with WVU Medicine and located across from the Student Rec Center, our convenient care and expert providers are an essential part of your healthcare team.
We offer wellness visits, vaccinations, on-site X-rays, lab services, telemedicine, referrals and more. Conveniently, the Student Health Building includes urgent care, travel medicine services, behavioral medicine and a pharmacy.
Video visits are available for students located in WV or PA at the time of service. Appointments can be self-scheduled through MyChart.
Onsite patient parking is easily accessible and access from the PRT is located behind the building.
On May 16, Student Health will close for the summer. Any student with acute needs over the summer can be evaluated at WVU Medicine Urgent Care at the Suncrest Towne Center. Student Health will reopen at the start of the fall semester, August 18, by appointment. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
