Health Sciences digital and web support process updated to enhance service and efficiency

To streamline digital communications and provide more specialized support, the WVU Health Sciences web team is now the primary point of contact for web and digital-related support requests for all Health Sciences and associated school websites.

Requests related to any of the Health Sciences and associated school websites that were previously submitted through the WVU ITS ticketing system should now be directed to the Health Sciences web team. This change is designed to simplify the process and ensure faster, more tailored assistance.

To support this transition, a new Digital / Web Support resource page has been created and is now available on the HSC Hub under Communication Resources for the Morgantown Campus. This change reflects an ongoing commitment to enhancing our content for modern and future web experiences involving AI and search engines while also improving internal processes and strengthening digital communication across the Health Sciences campus. It also strengthens the safety and consistency of information while ensuring our websites continue to meet global standards and practices for website accessibility and usability.
