New contact information for HSC Financial Aid Office
Submit requests using hub.wvu.edu/contact
The HSC Financial Aid Office is changing its contact information. The HSC vanity email account will no longer be used; requests must be sent through the WVU Hub ticketing system. Please be aware that the email account (hscfinaid@mail.wvu.edu) will no longer be active after January 19, 2022. In the future, please submit requests through our online system at hub.wvu.edu/contact.
If you submit an email to the hscfinaid@mail.wvu.edu account after Jan. 19, 2022, there will be no response. Please submit all requests through the online ticketing system. Our office will be monitoring the ticketing system.
