PURPOSE: December 2021: Gratitude
As 2021 comes to a close, it is a perfect time to reflect and be thankful.
I encourage you to find a few moments this holiday season to think of all things for which you are grateful. Maybe even write them down. Practicing gratitude can be so rewarding, and it has health benefits, too. You can learn more about how to get started online.
I am grateful for my health. I am grateful for my family. And I am grateful for each of you.
The dedication, talent and sincerity of our Health Sciences team are unmatched. No challenge, not even a global pandemic, can stop the incredible work you're doing. Below, you can learn more about what our Health Sciences schools have accomplished this year. Let's Go!
Happy Holidays to you and your families.
