Research participants needed for inclusive classroom study

This 15-minute survey and/or a 60-minute virtual interview with the researcher will assess underrepresented minority (URM) students' academic self-efficacy. It will also seek to understand URM students' perceptions of the classroom environments in which they learn. This survey is part of a research study conducted by Aurora University doctoral candidate Kiantra Loza under the direction of Faith Agostinone, Ed.D.

This survey aims to give voice to the underrepresented medical student body and highlight their experiences in the medical education classroom. The hope is to generate conversations that lead to a more equitable academic medicine experience for future URM medical students.
