Virtual 'Mindful Steps' series scheduled to begin Sept. 20
Led by a team of expert instructors, this free six-week series is designed to assist in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness and relaxation. The 'Mindful Steps' series will take place virtually from noon to 1 p.m. every Monday, Sept. 20 to Oct. 25.
