WVU Health System to require COVID-19 vaccine by Oct. 31 for those working in patient care
The West Virginia University Health System announced today that it will require all of its employees to be fully vaccinated with both doses of the two-dose series by Oct. 31, 2021. Those on the Health Sciences Campuses involved in patient care, including residents, fellows and students, are required to follow WVU Health System policies, including those related to COVID-19, such as masks, PPE and vaccinations.
Mini-grant opportunity for students at West Virginia colleges and universities
The West Virginia Drug Intervention Institute, Inc. (WV DII) has announced a mini-grant opportunity for West Virginia college students in collaboration with the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission.
