Public Health professor to present during 2020 Summit on Race Matters in West Virginia
Lauri Andress, PhD, JD, assistant professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management, and Leadership, will serve as a speaker for the 2020 Summit on Race Matters in West Virginia, organized by The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation.

WVU moves undergraduate classes online through Sept. 25 on Morgantown campus, reduces in-person activities
In-person classes will be canceled on West Virginia University’s Morgantown campus Tuesday, Sept. 8. Online classes will continue as usual, as will University operations. Staff and faculty should report to work as usual.

School of Public Health students selected as liaisons to the American Public Health Association
Cassie Bambrick, an undergraduate pursuing a B.S. in public health, and Allison McCracken, a graduate student pursuing an MPH in Health Policy, Management and Leadership, have been selected to represent the School of Public Health as Campus Liaisons to the APHA Student Assembly.
