This call is in partnership with the National Natural Science Foundation of China and requires substantive collaborations between China-based investigators and those based outside of China. Application deadline is March 15, 2016, 8:00 am Beijing time (March 14, 2016, 5pm Seattle time). For a detailed description of this challenge, please visit the Grand Challenges site. 2) Grand Challenges for Development: Saving Lives at Birth. As a result, the Committee proposes the following changes to the current standards: Revise 25 existing standards; combine 12 existing standards into groups of two or three to form six revised standards; delete one existing standard; leave nine existing standards unchanged; add three new standards to the existing 11 methodological categories; and add five new standards in a new category (Standards for Designs Using Clusters).
