WVU School of Public Health to host 'Total Worker Health' experts for speaker series
Understanding how work affects an individual’s health and well-being is key to advancing worker safety and overall health. To broaden that understanding, West Virginia University’s School of Public Health will feature two experts from the CDC National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health’s Office for Total Worker Health® as it continues its 2022-2023 Dean’s Colloquium Series.
WVU Foundation: Martino gifts promote well-being at dental school
A $100,000 gift from Dr. Robert Martino’s company, Wilmar Management, supports wellness initiatives that benefit students, faculty and staff at the School of Dentistry. A second $50,000 gift from Martino and his wife, Lori, establishes a scholarship for students from West Virginia with financial need.
