Light up the Night Walk set to raise mental health awareness
The Light up the Night Walk raises money to support Mental Health America (MHA) which is dedicated to promoting mental health and mental health prevention through advocacy, education, research and services.
Aiding Medicaid: WVU researchers partner with state to evaluate pandemic policy changes
A surge in telehealth usage among Medicaid recipients is one result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers with West Virginia University's Office of Health Affairs are working with state Medicaid officials to find out if continuing those services will help Mountain State residents in the long run.
WVU Global Medical and Dental Brigades info session Sept. 7

WVU in the News: WVSMA installs Dr. Lisa M. Costello as president
Lisa M. Costello, MD, MPH, FAAP, a Morgantown pediatrician, was sworn in as president of the West Virginia State Medical Association on Friday, Aug. 19, 2022. WVSMA is the state’s largest physician advocacy and education organization.
