Microsoft making new version of Teams the default interface
A new version of Microsoft Teams that makes it easier to collaborate across the main WVU and Health Sciences environments will become the default platform starting Sunday, March 31.
Match Day 2024: Rural Family Medicine Residency Program welcomes five rural scholars to Class of 2027
The West Virginia University School of Medicine Rural Family Medicine Residency Program will welcome five West Virginia medical students to the program in July. For the first time in the program’s history, each incoming resident is a current rural scholar from either the West Virginia University School of Medicine or the West Virginia School for Osteopathic Medicine.
WVU School of Medicine to start enrolling students in respiratory therapy program
The West Virginia University School of Medicine’s Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy (BRST) program has earned provisional accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care, making it one of two BRST programs in West Virginia.
