As we are soon to finish another semester, we are taking stock of our efforts around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Importantly, we want to be sure we are creating an inclusive environment for doing this work where all of those interested feel welcome to participate.
Many WVU services will be inaccessible from Saturday evening to noon Sunday
Faculty, staff and students may be unable to log into many WVU systems between 11:30 p.m. Saturday, April 9, and noon Sunday, April 10, while Information Technology Services relocates physical servers and makes important security updates to our single sign-on systems.

WVU community invited to attend the 6th annual Undergraduate Spring Symposium
The WVU community is invited to attend the 6th annual Undergraduate Spring Symposium in person Saturday, April 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. as 160 student presenters cover a broad range of disciplines, including the arts, humanities, business, education, social and behavioral sciences, health sciences and STEM fields.
WVU-owned macOS devices will be updated to comply with University-Owned Devices Standard
HSC ITS will install NoMad software on all WVU-owned macOS devices to comply with the University-Owned Devices Standard. All macOS devices will be updated with this software on April 11 for accountability of assets connecting to HSC resources and to ensure university password standards are being met.
Academic Affairs accepting fellowship applications
Applications are currently being accepted for the 2022-23 academic year to work under the mentorship of the associate vice president for Health Sciences Academic Affairs. The fellowship will provide the opportunity to participate in special projects, committee service and other activities involved in faculty affairs for WVU Health Sciences.
