Pack The Rack: Health Sciences Center collecting food for students in need
This holiday season, the WVU Health Sciences Center community is stepping up to make sure WVU’s student food pantry, The Rack, is stocked and ready heading into the cold months. The goal is to collect at least 2,015 non-perishable food items between Monday, Nov. 16, and the end of Fall Semester.

Individuals and families who need assistance understanding health insurance options and applying for coverage are invited to meet with a healthcare navigator between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, at the Monongalia County Health Department, 453 Van Voorhis Road, Morgantown.

WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities names interim director
Lesley Cottrell, Ph.D. professor and vice chair of research in the West Virginia University School of Medicine's Department of Pediatrics has agreed to serve as the interim director of the WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities (CED).

Walking event to raise pedestrian safety awareness
