Visiting professor to discuss urotrauma at April 8 Grand Rounds

WVU Department of Surgery Visiting Professor Jack H. Mydlo, M.D., will present "AUA Urotrauma Guidelines and Review Update for 2015" on Wednesday, April 8. He will lecture at 6:30 a.m. for Urology Grand Rounds in room G152F and at 8 a.m. for General Surgery Grand Rounds in room 4080.

New Export Control website explains regulations and laws

While export controls have been in place since the 1940s, the U.S. government has placed greater emphasis on compliance since 2001, and universities have been under increased scrutiny for the past several years. WVU School of Medicine searching for chair of otolaryngology

The West Virginia University (WVU) School of Medicine is seeking a Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology. Located on the School’s Morgantown Campus, this position requires an academic otolaryngologist with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, experience in administration, and a commitment to clinical care, service, teaching, and research. Candidates must have a vision for the future of medical education, the discovery of knowledge and high performing patient centered care in the context of a growing health care delivery system. Applicants must be board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
