Email Address Publishing Policy

Establishes the Health Sciences standard for publishing contact information on public-facing websites and documents. To reduce spam, phishing, and automated harvesting of institutional email addresses, individual WVU, WVU Health Sciences, and WVU Medicine employee email addresses must not be published in publicly accessible content. Approved public contact methods, including vanity email accounts and contact forms, should be used instead.
